Peter specializes in leasing luxury residential properties. His enthusiastic and friendly manner certainly has factored Peter as one of Vancouver’s most dedicated leasing agents. A licensed property manager, his responsibilities include the acquisition and marketing of rental properties; showings; tenant qualifying, application processing and screening; market and rental rate analysis and being the general liaison between tenant and suite owner. Peter received a Bachelor of Commerce Degree (Real Estate) 2007 from the University of British Columbia’s Sauder School of Business, and currently holds a Rental Property Management License from the Real Estate Council of British Columbia. Before joining VLR in the summer of 2012, Peter worked in property management and also as a commercial real estate analyst.
